Refund policy

  • Merchandise can be returned for ONLINE CREDIT within 7 days from the date order was marked as delivered. 
  • Returned merchandise need to have tags attached, must also be unworn and unwashed.Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
  • Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping charges
  • Your credit will not include discount codes used for the purchase you are returning
  • Customer pays for return label to ship back return
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and process your store credit.

Damaged/ Defective Items

  • Note that the exact colors of items may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions and  Clothing patterns. These situations do not qualify as defects
  • While we Inspect all item for damages and defects before they are shipped out to customers, if you receive a defective or damaged item(s) please contact customer service at misstoke@outlook.com within 3 days. You must include a picture of the damages/defect in your email. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS,YOUR ITEM NO LONGER QUALIFIES FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.
  • Misstoke is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing
